Can't upload OVA to vCenter (Web)

I've installed the ClientIntegrationPlugin-6.0.0 on my Mac (El Capitan) - i'm using Chrome 49

(Installed the latest vSphere/vCenter U2)

I saw the KB Article:

used the link there to download ... no difference.... cleared browser cache... no difference... wondering if I am installing the right updated client?

Does anyone have the *exact* download link for this?
