Registry access is required

I am setting up a new test workstation. It is the first station that I have scanned in Protect that is running Win7 Pro x64.  I have credentials saved for the admin-level user.  The problem that I am having is that I cannot get Protect to scan it. It keeps erroring out with Error: 501 - Registry access is required.  I can certainly access the registry and make changes on the local macine, using the same credentials that I saved in Protect, so I am not sure that I understand what the problem is.
