How to limit I/O into a Datastore ?

Hello,

Not sure if Storage i/o control can accomplish what I want. so, here is the scope. We have an EMC VNXe 3300 connected via iSCSI to our ESXis 5.0 U2. We have a VM that is generating lots of I/O.

Is there anyway to limit the iops from a specific VM to the datastore so it does not saturate the whole iscsi pipe ?
