A server was operating perfectly OK until it BSOD. Server rebooted and took approx 1hr to come back up to the CTRL + ALT + DEL screen.
During this time the console screen was black and the CPU was hitting 100%. If I was to click within the console tab the pointer changes to the hand, as though the screen is there but still I was unable to do anything ?
Once server is available, it can be used etc.
Any ideas on why it takes so long too boot. I have ran a Sys Mon with boot logging and it clearly doesn't record anything during the time the server is booting. Even within the eventlogs, there is still noting during the time is takes to boot up.
Any ideas ?
