Recent menu doesn't populate

Hi,

I had to fully reinstall macOS Catalina on my machine.

Everything is fine, and I reinstalled VMWare Fusion without problems.

The only thing I lost is that after opening any VM, the VMWare fusion in the Dock doesn't show the recent list anymore.

It was very convenient to have direct access to the latest used machines with a right click without opening VMWare Fusion and go to the Library to launch a VM.

Also, once in the library, the File > Open Recent... menu is always cleared, empty. Nothing seems to be memorized.

Any idea how I can get this back?
