vSAN with two HP Gen 10 and one DEll R740 Server

Hi Expert ,

i have a query regarding vSAN , currently i have 2 New Server HP Gen 10 with Intel Xeon Gold 6240 2.6 G 18 Core on both new HP Gen 10.. and i have 1 Dell R740 with Intel Xeon Gold 2.3 Ghz

. can i make vsan cluster with two new HP Server and One Dell Server , i know i need EVC in Cluster but i want to know does vsan will possible in this scenario.
