Failed to get an ssl thumbprint of the target server certificate.

Hello,

I want to install vCenter 6.7 on Windows Server 2016. My Windows Server IP address is "192.168.1.2" and in below picture, I entered this IP address in "ESXi host or vCenter Server name", but I got an error:

I opened port 443 and 9123 too, but problem exist.

How can I solve it?
