Restore VCSA 6.7 Through scp:// Never Displays Backup Information

I am in the need of restoring a VCSA 6.7. I tried with build 11726888 as well as 13010631. Both is the same. I am not getting through stage 3.

I enter the path to the existing backups in stage 3:

I can brwose the folder structure and see the metadata-json. But whatever I select here by clicking "next" I am back to the above screen (just with different folder epath).

Am am never getting to "Review Backup information".

Anyone having a clue what I am doing wrong?
