Horizon Console AKA "NEWADMIN"

has anyone else experienced the "newadmin: console showing and error when tring to access user metrics?   Everytime I got to try to see metric for an instant clone desktop, the thing thorws up an error upon first load and I never get any user metric nor do I get an network metrics.

I do get the rest of the metrics.
